Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to ASAI during the Pilot Program. By using ASAI you agree to the responsibilities outlined below. Our goal is to keep students safe, schools compliant, and feedback loops fast.

1. Eligibility

Access to the ASAI Pilot Program is by invitation. To participate you must:

  • Be a registered institution, educator, or invited student.
  • Sign a mutual NDA and data processing addendum.
  • Provide feedback at least twice per month.

2. Acceptable product usage

  • Use ASAI for educational purposes only; no commercial resale.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or probe the underlying models.
  • Respect student privacy — only upload content you are authorised to share.
  • Report bugs, failures, or questionable outputs within 24 hours.

3. Intellectual property & licensing

ASAI retains ownership of all platform IP, including curriculum graphs, algorithms, and generated lesson structures.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using ASAI you grant us a limited licence to process and analyse that content for the sole purpose of delivering learning experiences.

4. Service levels & termination

  • We provide a 99% uptime target during the Pilot Program; maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance.
  • We may suspend accounts for misuse, security risks, or policy violations.
  • You may request termination at any time; data extraction support is provided within 15 business days.
